&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Siamo passati al dolce, dopo aver mangiato l&amp;#8217;ombrina su letto di cavolo viola, con purè di zucca e mele cotogne caramellate e purè di topinambur accompagnata dalla birra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Bibock del Birrificio Italiano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Il dolce era una mousse al cioccolato al latte, equo solidale bio e carote&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;Accompagnata dalla St. Bernardus versione natalizia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Questo mi dice che la mia, anzi, la NOSTRA avventura, quella dell&amp;#8217;Altra Cucina, deve continuare ad essere or&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;div class="text_exposed_show"&gt;gogliosamente indipendente, rivoluzionaria e sopratutto itinerante. Vogliamo diventare l&amp;#8217;associazione che da troppo tempo meritiamo di essere.
